Smart Band Usage Guide

Yoho Smartwatch Sports Band
This guide explains how to turn the band on/off, use the display button, understand step counting behavior, charge the band, and sync data with the YOHO Sports app.
1) Power On / Power Off
Power On
-
Press and hold the display button for about 4 seconds.
-
The screen will light up and the band will start.
Power Off
-
Press and hold the display button for about 4 seconds again.
-
A menu will appear (or an option will show on screen).
-
Select “Off” to power down the device.
Tip: If the band doesn’t respond, it may be out of battery—charge it first, then try again.
2) Using the Display Button (Cycle Through Screens)

To view different information:
-
Press the display button once to switch to the next screen.
-
The band cycles through the following screens in order:
Time → Steps → Distance (km) → Calories (Kcals) → Battery
So if you want to check battery level quickly, press the button until the Battery screen appears.
3) Display Sleep (Screen Turns Off Automatically)
-
The display is designed to save battery.
-
After a couple of seconds of no button presses, the screen will turn off automatically.
This is normal behavior and helps the band last longer between charges.
4) Step Counter Behavior (Important Note)
The step counter works slightly differently depending on whether the screen is active:
-
While the display is ON and active, the steps shown on the screen may not update live.
-
The band still counts your steps in the background, but it may only refresh the number the next time you wake the screen.
So if you are walking and watching the screen at the same time, it might look like steps are “stuck.”
To update what you see:
-
Let the screen turn off, then
-
Press the display button again to wake it.
5) Charging the YOHO Sports Band
How often to charge
-
Charge the band regularly, usually every 2–3 days, depending on how often you use it.
Charging method
-
The band uses a USB charging connector (built-in).
-
Plug the charging end into a USB port (laptop, phone charger adapter, power bank, etc.).
Recommended: Use a normal USB power source. Avoid fast-charging/high-power adapters if possible.
Extra charging tips
-
Make sure the connector is inserted correctly and firmly.
-
If the band does not charge, try:
-
A different USB port
-
A different charger adapter
-
Cleaning the connector (dust can block charging)
-
6) If the Battery Runs Completely Flat
If the battery fully drains, a few things can happen:
-
The device may lose the correct time.
-
The band may require a re-sync with the phone app to restore:
-
Time and date
-
Activity tracking data display
-
Other synced information
-
Important: If the band battery goes flat, you will usually need to open the app and sync again after charging.
7) Using the YOHO Sports App (Syncing Data)
To use the YOHO Sports app, the smart band must be bound/paired to the app first.
Sync button
-
On the main screen of the YOHO Sports app, there is a Sync button.
-
Press Sync to transfer data between:
-
Your smart band (steps/activity data)
-
Your phone (app records/history)
-
Sync requirements
To sync successfully:
-
The smart band should be powered on
-
Bluetooth should be enabled on your phone
-
The band must already be bound to the app
Tip: If the app does not show new data, try syncing again and keep the band close to the phone.
